Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at https://heatsealequipment.com and/or purchasing products from Heat Seal Equipment Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or purchasing our products.

Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However:

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to anyone at our discretion

Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Heat Seal Equipment Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are FOB Ajax, Ontario. Freight charges will be added to the invoice.

Payment Terms: We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment is due at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Order Processing: Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST on business days will usually ship the same day, on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship during busy seasons.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your invoice. We ship via the most economical means available, usually UPS standard ground service.

Express shipping options are available at additional cost:

  • Next Business Day (8:00 AM or 10:30 AM)
  • Expedited 2 Day (end of business day – 5:00 PM for commercial or 7:00 PM for residential), not including ship date
  • 3 Day (end of business day – 5:00 PM for commercial or 7:00 PM for residential), not including ship date
  • Saturday Service (where available)

Not all express services are available in all areas, please inquire when considering express service. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Custom Manufacturing

Custom-manufactured equipment is non-returnable and non-refundable. Lead times for custom orders will be provided at the time of quotation. Custom orders require a deposit and are subject to our custom manufacturing agreement.

Warranty and Liability

Product Warranty: All our tools and accessories carry a full warranty against any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heat Seal Equipment Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our products or website
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
  • Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the website

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to purchase the product.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return Policy, which includes a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. Please review our Return Policy for complete details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Heat Seal Equipment Ltd. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Financing options are provided through third-party partners and are subject to credit approval. Financing terms and conditions are determined by the financing company, not Heat Seal Equipment Ltd.

Force Majeure

Heat Seal Equipment Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Heat Seal Equipment Ltd. regarding the use of our website and the purchase of our products.
