Therefore, a register cover is an accessory that covers the register and prevents any dust or contaminants from leaking out during the duct cleaning process.

 

Grills

 

Lastly, on the receiving end of the HVAC system lies grills. A grill is quite similar to a register. The only difference is, that there is no damper or opening mechanism for a grill. Instead, it is fastened in place with the help of screws. These openings are secured with the help of aluminum tape and other similar accessories to keep the contaminants out during air duct cleaning.
